"Pretty happy with it so far"
I’ve been using this on our walks for a bit now, mostly because my dog gets excited over every little thing outside. It feels solid in my hand and doesn’t seem cheap or flimsy. After a few walks, I realized I’m not having to fight him nearly as much, so it’s definitely made handling him easier.

"Stitching could be better"
The stitching on mine wasn’t great, honestly. I was expecting it to look a bit cleaner, but in a few spots it just seemed uneven and kind of... not finished properly. It’s still usable, but yeah, not really what I was hoping for

I was a little stressed when the problem first came up, because I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get sorted. But to my surprise, they handled it quickly and that made me feel a lot more at ease. It’s always a relief when something gets fixed without having to chase people around.

"I got this collar for my dog…"
I got this collar for my dog and the engraving is super easy to read. There wasn’t any blurry spots or weird spacing, which I really liked. We took it on a few muddy walks already and it still stay looking clean. I’m happy with it and would order again.

"Decent product, painfully slow support"
The product itself seems fine, nothing amazing but it does the job. The customer service, though, was kind of a joke. I had one simple question about my order, not exactly rocket science, and it took them days to get back to me. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it’s frustrating when you just need a basic answer and they move at a snail’s pace.

"Solid hardware, but a little disappointing overall"
The buckle and clips do feel really solid, and my dog pulls hard without the hardware bending, slipping, or feeling cheap. I’m happy with that part, honestly. I just expected to like it more overall, so I’m a bit disappointed...

"Good Product, But the Shipping Took Forever?!"
I ordered from tactipup.com the product itself seems totally fine. But the shipping was way slower than I expected?! I didn’t really get clear updates while it was on the way, so I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying. Maybe it was just bad timing, but for the price, I really expected it to move a lot faster. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great...

"I was really excited when this arrived…"
I was really excited when this arrived and overall it turned out nice. The only thing I noticed right away was that the name placement was slightly off, so it didn’t look quite as centered as I expected. It’s not a huge deal and I can still use it, but it did catch my eye when I first opened the package.

My dog seems comfy with it overall, so I’d say it’s doing its job. To be fair, it still feels a little stiff right now, but I’m hoping it softens up more with some use. So far, no major complaints.

I ordered from tactipup.com and had a really good experience. The whole process was easy, the collar feels sturdy, and it looks exactly like I hoped it would. Shipping was faster than I expected too. My dog has been wearing it every day with no problems at all, so I’m definitely happy with the purchase. I’d order from them again.

I went by their size chart when ordering, and it ended up being spot on. It’s not squeezing my dog at all, but it’s not hanging loose either. He’s been wearing it without fuss, so I’m taking that as a good sign.

"Nice Collar, But the Color Was Off"
I ordered a collar and the design was pretty much what I picked, so that part was good. The stitching and layout looked fine, and the name patch was correct, which I definitely appreciated. BUT the color came out darker than it looked in the photos. It’s not terrible and I’ll still use it, but for the price, I was hoping the colors would match the site a little better.

"Pretty good quality for the price"
I ordered a collar from Tactipup and, i’m happy with it. It wasn’t like the cheapest option I found online, but the material feels really sturdy and the stitching seems solid. My dog is rough on collars, and so far this one is holding up well. For the price, I’d say it’s worth it. Shipping was fine too, no real issues there.
